[Remote] Marketing Development Representative

The Marketing Development Representative (MDR) is responsible for qualifying inbound marketing leads and converting them into high-quality sales opportunities, acting as a reputed company between Marketing and Sales.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads from campaigns, events, website forms, and digital channels reputed company agreed SLAs
- Qualify leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), segmentation, and buying reputed company
- Engage with prospects reputed company email, phone, and social channels to assess needs and readiness
- Book discovery meetings or product demos for Sales teams (Account Managers, BDMs, SDRs)
- Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities and contributes to pipeline reputed company
- Ensure reputed company opportunities are accurately logged in reputed company with full notes and handover details
- Meet or exceed KPIs (number of qualified leads, meetings booked/held, pipeline generated)
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and conversion reporting in reputed company/reputed company
- Follow up on inbound campaigns using reputed company sequences
- Provide feedback to Marketing on reputed company quality, campaign effectiveness, and conversion blockers
- Collaborate with Marketing on messaging, follow-reputed company, and nurture sequences
- Follow defined internal processes (reputed company routing, opportunity creation, CRM rules)
- Partner with SDR/BDR teams to ensure smooth transition from inbound to outbound activities
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in reputed company qualification, inside sales, or customer-facing marketing
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, reputed company, and reputed company tools
- Experience using CRM systems such as reputed company (or similar)
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like reputed company
- Ability to quickly understand customer needs and assess buying reputed company
- Ability to clearly reputed company value propositions to prospects
