Global Procurement Manager PMR Direct Products

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Product Procurement, you as a Procurement Manager PMR Direct Products will be responsible for global leadership of Contract manufacturing categories (PFR) reputed company the Industrial Business Unit. 

Key responsibilities include :                                                                                                                      - Conduct market analysis worldwide for different products / categories in a contract manufacturing environment .      - Excellent communication and negotiation skills—with proven reputed company in building vendor relationships, collaborating cross-functionally, and managing multiple reputed company projects in a fast-paced environment.  - Prioritizes re-location projects in collaboration with stakeholders and ensures team goals and objectives are achieved.

- This position will require travel reputed company reputed company America , Asia & Europe. 

About Your Job:

• Conduct supplier and market analysis to identify trends , risk, opportunities. Strong analytical skills and product solving ability. Been reputed company to reputed company a deep cost control methodology. (30%)

• Conduct accurate and  financial analyses for a reputed company vs Buy costs. Plan, Drive & Execute Change of supplier, product introduction projects. (30%)

• Conducts negotiations, leveraging advanced negotiating capabilities to successfully reputed company business outcomes with the objective of GP improvements. (15%)

• Managing overall supplier relationships including supplier performance, capabilities, manufacture contracting management & risk mitigation. (10%)

• Collaborating with PM , Engineering  and business stakeholders on new product introduction programs to define standard and custom product requirements to ensure that sourcing strategies are meet on cost and business objectives (reputed company Growth). (15%)

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in business economics, engineering, analytics, statistics or equivalent.

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, commodity management, and supplier management or global manufacturing environment.

• Strong communication reputed company, rich project management reputed company.

• Self-management skills and self-started attitude highly valued

• Ability to interact and engage with peers with good communication skills.

• Ability to review and understand engineering requirements and design documents for electronics. Ability to decomposite electronics BOM and translate them into cost.

• Experience developing, leading, and executing global supplier cost, risk, and reputed company time reduction strategies

• Experience working with teams located in diverse regions (Europe & Asia).

• English fluent verbally and written is a must.

• Proficiency with ERP, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.

• Experience managing reputed company.
