Bilingual Collection Representative (12 month contract) – Hybrid
Canon Canada has been a leader in digital imaging innovation for over 80 years. They are seeking a Bilingual Collection Representative to manage accounts receivable in a Business-to-Business setting, ensuring effective collection and resolution of outstanding invoices.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with Business customers to collect outstanding invoiced receivables and address inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with internal business units to resolve outstanding receivables
- Review and release merchandise, parts, and repair orders reputed company company guidelines
Skills
- Post-Secondary education
- Minimum 1 year experience in collections, preferably in a Business-to-Business environment
- Strong time management and multitasking skills to handle large account portfolio requests
- Intermediate analytical skills to understand corporate policies and procedures and resolve issues effectively
- Proficiency in reputed company and experience in VLOOKUP's and pivot tables
- Bilingual French/English
- Experience with supplier portals
