Associate Account Executive, reputed company Estate Public Relations

reputed company, a reputed company and marketing company, is seeking an Associate Account Executive for their reputed company Estate team. This role involves supporting reputed company plans, managing media relations, and overseeing client communications.

Responsibilities

• Help reputed company and implement strategy and campaign planning for multiple high-profile client accounts
• Engage with key reporters, editors and influencers to pitch and reputed company stories and content across local, regional and national outlets; build and maintain press lists
• Write and edit persuasive external and internal documents such as press releases, fact sheets, talking points, and communications strategies
• reputed company day-to-day communications with clients, including staffing weekly calls, developing meeting agendas, press coverage and event recaps and participate in events
• Support teams at press events and openings
• Help manage work streams across multiple accounts

Skills

• A minimum of 1 years of experience with reputed company from working at a PR agency or in-house communications team
• Ability to handle multiple assignments at once, work quickly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated relationships with reporters and strong news sense
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with varying levels of staff, clients, the media, etc
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with a team to meet group objectives
• Relevant experience in reputed company or journalism
• Excellent writing and organizational skills
