[Remote] Member reputed company Coordinator (Call Center Position)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Periscope Group is seeking a detail-oriented Member reputed company Coordinator to join their Client Services team part-time. The primary responsibility of this role is to reputed company outbound phone calls to members regarding cases referred by health plans, ensuring accurate data entry and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• reputed company a high volume of outbound calls daily to members regarding cases received from health plans
• Collect and verify member information by phone, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Accurately document reputed company member interactions and update records in the system before case assignment

• Address member questions or concerns, escalating to a Client Services Consultant as needed
• Collaborate with the Client Services team to ensure smooth reputed company and thorough information transfer

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and reputed company data privacy regulations while handling sensitive information

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in customer service, reputed company, or reputed company fields is preferred
• Comfortable spending the majority of the reputed company making outbound phone calls
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with a professional and empathetic demeanor
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite; experience with case management software is a plus
