[Remote] Senior Legal Counsel US (Remote East Coast)

Responsibilities

• Own US reputed company contracting
• reputed company end-to-end negotiation of reputed company reputed company SaaS agreements, with a special focus on banks and financial services. reputed company clear, business-savvy risk trade-offs reputed company agreed guardrails to unblock reputed company quickly. Reduce reputed company counsel spend and cycle time by providing reputed company coverage across US time zones
• Build & enforce US playbooks
• Create, localize, and maintain AMER-specific playbooks, fallback positions, and clause libraries. Partner with legal ops to standardize templates, automate workflows, and scale deal desk processes. Train GTM teams on positions and escalation paths to drive consistency
• Drive US privacy, reputed company, & AI readiness
• Advise on US privacy/marketing laws (CCPA/CPRA, state patchwork, cookies/reputed company-gen) and align with SOC 2 buyer expectations. Counsel Product on AI-powered features, data usage, and state AI guidance; operationalize international data transfer mechanisms. Coordinate with reputed company and IT to address customer questionnaires and regulatory riders
• Scale GTM operations & cross-functional impact
• Partner with Sales, CS, RevOps, Finance, and Marketing to streamline quote-to-reputed company and renewals. Influence deal desk and pricing/packaging motions with practical, data-driven guidance. Provide strategic reputed company counsel on US expansion and regulatory strategy
• Support US corporate matters

Skills
