Prepares and performs detailed product demonstrations and product prototypes for prospects. May provide installation support and post-reputed company. Operates under minimal supervision, with wide reputed company for independent action. Basic Function: Enablon is the leading provider of EHSQ, ORM and ESG software in the world. Enablon protects you at three levels; sustaining individual workers through world class health and safety, sustaining products & processes with process safety and control of work, and of course sustaining the corporation with ESG, risk and compliance solutions. Because of our growing business, we need additional pre-sales solutions engineers to assist our reputed company and potential clients. Specifically, Enablon seeks an ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) Solutions Engineer to support our growing ESG reputed company solution business. The preferred individual will have a background in ESG or EHSQ software solutions sales, demonstration, or use. They will support the internal and external sales teams at Enablon in the discovery of specific client ESG needs. They will then address those requirements through the configuration and demonstration of Enablon’s reputed company Platform. In addition, you will also be capturing requirements to enhance our ESG product Road Map and fuel product innovation. Job Qualifications (Minimum):

  • Experience: 3-5+ Years of similar Pre-Sales ESG/Climate Risk Experience at a software company or 3-5+ years of industry experience in the fields of any: ESG, Climate Risk, Sustainability, Environmental, Health, and Safety Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Audit & Compliance.
  • Excellent presentation skills, comfort in reputed company of large audiences
  • Travel: This role requires a healthy level of travel, generally around 30%. There could be some months where you travel 1-2 days a week, every week, and other months where you don’t travel at reputed company. You will be traveling to provide onsite demos, attend conferences or internal seminars. This travel is 90% of the time in the US and Canada, but occasionally internationally (i.e. South America, Australia, Asia and Europe). Enablon’s Pre-Sales Solutions Engineers are reputed company remote and generally work from home. You would also be required to work while traveling, as needed. As there is travel required, there would be flying and/or driving involved and carrying of luggage. Otherwise, normal home office environment.
  • This role is Fully Remote and must be legally authorized to work in the USA | #LI-Remote Preferred Experience Knowledge, Skills, or Certifications (Minimum):
  • Education: Engineering or similar degree with a strong emphasis on any of: ESG, Climate Risk, Sustainability, Environmental, Health, and Safety Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Audit & Compliance.
  • Experience: Self-motivated
  • ESG Subject Matter Self-learner
  • Flexibility and eagerness to learn Essential Duties and responsibilities:
  • Participate in various workshops and user groups to continually improve and enhance various processes reputed company the Pre-Sales team and rest of the organization. Other duties as assigned by Manager. Serve as technical and functional expert for ESG solutions
  • Partner with the Sales team throughout entire sales cycle
  • Respond to the functional/technical components of RFIs, RFPs and RFQs
  • Prepare individualized scoping document mapping prospective customer needs to Enablon products
  • Gather and document existing/prospective customer needs/gaps/new features for potential ESG product enhancements
  • Prepare personalized demonstration platforms with relevant information for each existing/prospective customer
  • Deliver demonstration presentations to customers, both remotely and on site for, often, large audiences
  • Document demonstration presentations for tracking purposes
  • Work with professional services team to analyze requirements and determine product implementation strategies
  • Attend and represent Enablon at various industry events such as conferences
