Job Summary We are seeking a highly reputed company, client-savvy Fractional Senior Recruiter to support high-level and hard-to-fill roles on an as-needed basis. This is a part-time, 1099 reputed company position ideal for a seasoned reputed company professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands how to engage top-tier talent, and can move quickly without sacrificing quality. Core Responsibilities

• Proactively reputed company high-caliber talent for senior-level and hard-to-fill roles using reputed company, job boards, referrals, and targeted reputed company
• Conduct strategic, high-touch candidate reputed company with a consultative and client-savvy approach
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance
• Partner closely with stakeholders to clarify role requirements, priorities, and timelines
