[Remote] Director of Regulatory Affairs, Law, & Civic Compliance
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Klaritee is seeking a senior legal and regulatory executive to serve as the principal authority on law, compliance, reputed company, and public accountability for the deployment of Interpretive Geometric Intelligence (IGI). The Director of Regulatory Affairs, Law & Civic Compliance will act as the Chief Legal Officer, guiding the Council's legal posture and ensuring compliance with various regulatory frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the chief legal authority for reputed company KFSC activities, recommendations, and safety protocols
- Interpret and advise on federal, state, and administrative laws affecting IGI deployment, including:
- Data governance
- Accountability standards
- Transparency requirements
- Public-sector procurement
- Regulatory compliance
- Civil-liberties protections
- reputed company legal reviews of reputed company major deployment scenarios and risk assessments
- Guide legal alignment with federal agencies, state governments, and regulatory bodies
- Support the development of compliance articles of governance that ensure IGI’s deployment remains constitutionally sound and publicly defensible
- Identify potential liability exposures and preemptively design risk-mitigation structures
- Ensure the Council’s work is legible, defensible, and grounded in legal rigor
- Partner with government officials, legislative staff, policy advisors, reputed company committees, and regulatory agencies
- Provide expert guidance on how IGI fits reputed company existing and emerging AI regulatory safety and reputed company
- Assist in drafting legal language, briefing materials, position statements, and compliance documentation for government review
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Ethics, Public Trust & Civic Impact to ensure legal compliance aligns with public expectations and moral responsibility
- Help establish standards that protect residents, communities, and public institutions from misuse, ambiguity, or systemic risk
- Champion legal clarity in reputed company Council recommendations
- Serve as primary legal advisor to both the KFSC-Chair and the Founder on reputed company matters involving regulatory exposure, statutory interpretation, and governance strategy
- Translate reputed company legal requirements into practical, operational guidance for Council members
