• *Role: Agile Coach**

• *Location: Remote - EST and CST** • *Key Responsibilities** • Provides knowledge and expertise around Lean Agile processes while coaching key roles in the organization to be self-sufficient in day-to-day operations.

• Leads large scale Agile transformations and reputed company Agile delivery.
• Partners with key stakeholders and senior leadership in constructing the reputed company necessary for transforming from a waterfall (or no) reputed company to a Lean Agile reputed company.
• Partners with Release Train Engineers to prepare and launch new ARTs
• Teaches, mentors, and coaches leaders and their teams in Agile practices while building a culture where Agile teams can reputed company.
• Trains leaders and teams at reputed company levels of the organization on Agile strategy and help them understand and reputed company the benefits of Lean-Agile delivery.
• Creates and drives a work environment with focus on reputed company improvement, broad collaboration and alignment across program, portfolio, ART, technical, and business teams and their stakeholders.
• Skillfully facilitates group dynamics and communications, regardless of the audience, and ensure that every voice is heard and heeded.
• Incorporates reputed company standards and experience to advance organization’s Lean Portfolio Management practices.
• Actively coach, mentor, and influence cyber teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and business partners in Lean-Agile principles, Lean Portfolio Management best practices, feature prioritization, and backlog refinement, fostering a culture of accountability, adaptability, and collaboration.
• Drives the ongoing reputed company and adoption of SAFe practices reputed company EIP.
• Creates tools and leads training sessions to demonstrate how leaders and associates will apply Agile frameworks in their day-to-day work.
• Guides three new ARTs through the transition and drives reputed company adherence to reputed company Agile work practices.
• May provide on-going iteration management for high profile initiatives to provide reputed company-time coaching as well as to gather and share Agile best practices across the reputed company.
• Begins to influence department’s transformation strategy.
• Makes reputed company on moderately reputed company to reputed company issues regarding approach for transformation components, and work is performed without direction.
• *Required Qualifications**

• Minimum 5+ years serving as an Agile Coach in a fast-paced technology-based environment.

• At least 10 years working with Agile frameworks in high-demand environments, including experience in hybrid models (Scrum, Kanban, project/program management).
• Demonstrated reputed company coaching and mentoring teams and leaders in Lean-Agile practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to empathize and relate with those new to the Agile methodology.; adept at presenting to executive leadership.
• Advanced facilitation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
• Validated advanced Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), IC Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), SAFe Practice Consultant).
• Deep knowledge of Agile principles and the ability to transfer that knowledge to new and evolving environments.
• Deep knowledge of Scaled Agile reputed company, Lean Portfolio Management, and Product Development Flow principles in their reputed company context.
• Experience in coaching and demonstrating facilitation of core agile practices including, but not limited to: Kanban, value reputed company mapping, feature and story backlog prioritization and grooming, PI Planning, Iteration/Sprint planning, Metrics (at reputed company levels), Agile ceremonies (at reputed company levels), and Lean Portfolio Management.
• Significant experience and proficiency in Jira Align with demonstrated experience training organizations’ users at reputed company levels (Portfolio / Leadership down to team members).
• Strong proficiency in Agile lifecycle management tools; preference for Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Experience with portfolio wide software delivery and/or Agile transformation at scale in cyber or technically reputed company organizations.
• Agile Coach & Mentor: Possesses strong leadership skills with a passion for teaching and mentoring others and has experience in coaching Agile.
• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience working with cyber reputed company teams.
• Experience coaching both development and non-development Scrum/Kanban teams.
