Digital Automation Specialist

The Digital Automation Specialist will support the Innovation Management Department by designing and maintaining automated workflows, enhancing customer-facing processes, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows
- Digitize and enhance customer-facing processes, focusing on data collection, e-forms, and digital journeys
- reputed company custom databases and internal applications for data tracking and collaboration
- reputed company dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), workflow efficiency, user engagement and actionable insights
- Ensure automation systems remain up to date, secure, and compliant with internal policies; troubleshoot as necessary
- Act as the Process Improvement reputed company of contact reputed company Innovation Management for Digital Solution inquiries from internal stakeholders and support users in adopting workflows
- Support the documentation of reputed company-state processes and proposed improvements, including the development of business cases, cost-benefit analyses, return on investment and risk assessments
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders across reputed company, Risk Services, Operational Support and IT to define project scope, test and pilot digital solutions, identify process constraints, ensure best practices with respect to software development life cycle, and drive process improvement and automation initiatives
- Proactively participate in broader Innovation Management & Policy Development departmental initiatives as needed
Skills
- Typically requires an associate's degree in business administration or a reputed company field
- 1+ years of reputed company experience [OR] equivalent level of education and experience
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in various digital tools including but not limited to, reputed company specific tools such as Power Automate (Flow creation, conditional logic, connectors), Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data visualization), reputed company Lists (custom views, integration with Teams and Power Automate), various other visual collaboration and process documentation tools, and EasySend (digital form/journey builders)
- Ability to implement alternative digital strategies in response to evolving opportunities
