This individual will work in conjunction with other senior Agile resources to help implement the Agile methodology across the Mission Processing Product Line programs. In this role, the Agile Solution Engineer will coordinate with existing teams to reputed company the process of integrating them into a single program solution. Demonstrated experience leading the implementation of a scaled Agile structure on a large program with integration to Earned Value measurement and reporting systems. Experience with either Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) OR Circuit Card design. Ability to obtain a reputed company clearance. At least one Agile certification. Desired skills CAM Certification / Understanding of Program Performance Management Plans. Appreciation for full life cycle development (requirements, design, development, test).
