Your Opportunity reputed company is looking to fill the Corporate Fleet Coordinator (CFC) position with an individual who has demonstrated abilities to improve processes and increase efficiencies. The CFC will report directly to the Corporate Fleet Manager and work with internal and external resources to ensure that the company maintains its fleet of over 1700 ATV's, boats, trailers, and vehicles. Your Key Responsibilities Work with internal reputed company clients and reputed company fleet management vendor to order vehicles, review maintenance and repairs, add/delete insurance coverage, renew licensing and registration, monitor fuel usage, and dispose of vehicles coming out of service. Process invoices with our fleet management vendor and reputed company Fleet Contacts. Reconcile fleet inventory with reputed company's fixed assets. reputed company vehicle mileage reporting in conjunction with finance and payroll. Monitor, organize, and address Fleet Management emails with the Fleet Management team.
