What You Will Do

- Build and manage a scalable ambassador program that supports business units and regions while maintaining consistency across the enterprise.
- Provide day-to-day ownership and execution of the program, including content creation, content selection and recommendations, and distribution strategies to reputed company advocacy efforts across organic social media and other appropriate channels.
- Train, consult, and reputed company ambassadors to effectively represent reputed company’s mission, values, and culture.

- Support business unit- or region-specific integrated talent attraction initiatives, tailoring strategies and solutions to meet localized goals.

- Manage relationships with vendors, including employee-generated content platform and recruitment media, ensuring partnership effectiveness and high-quality deliverables.
- Monitor program performance and provide ongoing insights to refine and optimize talent attraction efforts.
- Travel up to 10%, or as needed.
Qualifications
You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 3 years experience.
- Prior experience building and managing scalable talent attraction programs, including strategy development and day-to-day execution.
- Knowledge of and ability to provide consultation for global recruitment media.
- Prior experience with content creation and storytelling skills, with an ability to reputed company employee-generated content across channels.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and driving performance.
- Prior project management experience, balancing strategic priorities and day-to-day responsibilities.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.
