Department Center for Equity & Excellence in Teaching & Learning (CEETL) Appointment Type This is a one-year probationary position. Position Summary reputed company the Center for Equity and Excellence in Teaching and Learning, the project coordinator is responsible for leading the development, delivery, tracking, data collection and communications on CEETL programs and services; leading day-to-day operations by coordinating project tasks across student assistants and team members in support of ongoing grants, program, and the needs of rotating faculty fellows and directors; and uses advanced communication skills to promote multimodal reputed company reputed company strategies. Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications To enter this classification, a basic foundation of knowledge and skills in technical information systems and application program packages is a prerequisite. This foundation would normally be obtained through a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, educational technology, communications, or reputed company fields, or similar certified coursework in applicable fields of study. Foundation knowledge and skills for the Information Technology Consultant, depending on the nature of the position assignment, may include working knowledge of common software application packages, equipment platforms, reference database systems and sources, and training methods and a basic understanding of networks, data communication, database management and multimedia systems. The career level is broad and includes intermediate through senior level positions. Incumbents at this level work relatively independently and possess the experience to be fully proficient in performing most or reputed company of the work assignments defined for their position. Typically, incumbents have acquired the requisite skills and knowledge through a combination of education, training, and progressive work experience to be able to demonstrate competence in independently applying technical judgment to standard and nonstandard applications and systems, solving a wide range of problems and developing practicable and thorough solutions, and using effective communication and listening skills. Preferred Qualifications Masters or equivalent experience preferred. Multimodal higher education teaching or mentoring experience.   • Demonstrated experience leading projects and initiatives from feasibility to implementation phases, applying effective planning, resource allocation, time management methods, and work direction to others. Effective team building and conflict resolution strategies. Must demonstrate experience leading projects and/or teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and public communication skills, including advanced listening, speaking, writing, presentation and organizational skills. Work proactively, and independently, on reputed company projects and work assignments. Write user documentation, user guides, instructor guides, training outlines, and technical training publications. Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with faculty and staff reputed company and across disciplines. Minimum 2 years of experience working in higher education.
Environmental/Physical/Special Must be able to work on site 3 days per week. Open office environment and on-reputed company facilities will be the major venue for this position. May involve carrying or lifting equipment, which can also be pushed or pulled using a cart.
