Key Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries reputed company live chat in a timely manner
- Assisting guests with reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Providing information on hotel services, promotions, and policies
- Troubleshooting customer issues and escalating reputed company needed
