Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support reputed company live chats and emails, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues

  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized support experiences
  • Meet team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the overall reputed company of the customer support team
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to provide expert support and guidance to customers
  • Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and discretion, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies
  • Collaborate with developers and other departments of various IT companies to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Maintain a working knowledge of arenaflex's client products and services, staying informed about new features and updates

Essential Qualifications:

* Native Chinese and English upper intermediate (B2 level) language proficiency

  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience with live chats and emails, including ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to troubleshoot reputed company issues and provide creative solutions
  • Positive and responsible attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and team collaboration
  • Personal laptop or computer with a minimum of 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Preferred Qualifications:
