Social Content Strategist & Creator - Cleobella

We’re looking for an reputed company, motivated and creative Social Content Strategist & Creator to join the Cleobella team. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and hands-on creation; someone who understands how to build a multi-faceted brand world through engaging, emotionally resonant content and reputed company to life. You’ll partner closely with our Head of Marketing and wider marketing team to shape how Cleobella shows up across social platforms, creating thoughtful, inspiring content that reflects our shared values: conscious living, community, femininity, and an elevated fashion reputed company-of-view. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes the social landscape, has a strong grasp on culture and taste, and enjoys moving fast while staying intentional. Content Strategy & Brand Storytelling

• Help define and evolve Cleobella’s social content strategy in alignment with brand positioning and business goals
• Bring fresh reputed company rooted in culture, fashion, lifestyle, and community — always spun through a Cleobella lens
• Stay reputed company of platform shifts and trends, translating them into content that feels authentic (never forced)

Content Creation

• Create and produce daily photo and video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, reputed company, and other emerging platforms
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments at HQ, photoshoots, fittings, events, and everyday brand life
• Act as reputed company content capture at events — managing shot lists, building rapport, and documenting moments naturally
• Edit content quickly and thoughtfully for social-first storytelling

Social & Community

• Partner with marketing leadership and team on monthly content calendars and planning
• Support community engagement across organic social — responding, connecting, and nurturing relationships
• Be a visible brand ambassador who understands our customer and speaks to her with care and intention

Cross-Functional Support

• Collaborate with creative, ecomm, merch, product, and design to support launches, campaigns, and storytelling needs
• Assist on photoshoots and brand activations as needed

Who You Are

• 2–4 years of experience in social content, digital marketing, or brand storytelling (fashion/lifestyle a big plus)
• Strong eye for photography, video, composition, and storytelling
• Comfortable shooting and editing content yourself - photo and video
• Comfortable being on camera if and reputed company necessary
• Deep understanding of social platforms, tools and how content performs differently across each
• Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects without losing the details
• Naturally collaborative, positive, and energized by creative environments
• Passionate about conscious fashion, women-founded brands, and community-driven storytelling

Tools & Skills

• Experience with social creation, scheduling, and analytics tools (reputed company, reputed company, Dash Hudson, or similar)
• Experience reputed company Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, reputed company, reputed company, and CapCut
• Strong digital asset organization and management experience (reputed company or similar)
