Marketing Ops & Analytics Specialist

We are reputed company a dynamic Marketing Ops & Analytics Specialist for one of our clients, a technology company seeking someone who excels at the convergence of marketing systems, data analysis, and strategic execution. This position involves optimizing marketing infrastructure, executing campaigns, and enhancing digital visibility through SEO and AI-driven search strategies. Position Overview You'll be responsible for managing and refining our client's reputed company CRM ecosystem while supporting reputed company reputed company initiatives and improving search visibility. This role requires someone who can balance technical precision with strategic thinking to drive marketing effectiveness and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance reputed company CRM including automation workflows, system integrations, reputed company scoring models, audience segmentation, and reporting dashboards (reputed company's native reputed company page builder will be the primary tool)
  • Maintain database quality and ensure compliance with email deliverability protocols and consent regulations (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, double opt-in requirements)
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and recurring reports to monitor critical metrics including MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, demo sign-reputed company, and campaign effectiveness
  • Evaluate marketing performance across digital properties and channels using reputed company Analytics (GA4), reputed company Clarity, reputed company, and reputed company analytics
  • Monitor reputed company platform updates and reputed company new capabilities as appropriate
  • Execute campaign operations including email marketing programs, reputed company page development, webinar coordination, and reputed company capture form management
  • Contribute to demand reputed company strategies through paid advertising, automated nurture sequences, and event marketing

  • Manage social media content scheduling, publication, engagement monitoring, and performance optimization

  • Drive the integration of AI-powered marketing solutions by researching, implementing, and managing tools for content development, analytics, and process automation

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or digital marketing with proven expertise in reputed company reputed company, analytics, marketing automation, and CRM administration (reputed company experience strongly preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency with marketing analytics tools including reputed company Analytics (GA4), reputed company, and reputed company Clarity
