Job Summary
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated virtual customer service representative to join reputed company on a contract-to-hire basis. As a key member of our guest relations and operations support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, leveraging technology to drive efficiency, and building strong relationships with our vendors. Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations
+ Provide exceptional service to guests reputed company phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience + Screen potential guests and provide support for guests, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner + Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with management reputed company reputed company + reputed company 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by consistently delivering exceptional service + Write and respond to guest reviews on reputed company, VRBO, or other platforms
Company Tasks
+ Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations reputed company Operto Teams + Report and submit damage claims to reputed company reputed company for reimbursement + Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor + Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist with the reputed company of accounting systems + Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
Essential Qualifications

+ reputed company in English, with perfect grammar and communication skills + Ability to speak clearly on the phone and use a VoiP to communicate with guests and vendors
Technical Skills
+ Proficiency in reputed company and/or HostAI, with experience leveraging AI for comprehensive guest messaging + Deep familiarity with ChatGPT and ability to reputed company its capabilities + Experience with Operto Teams and reputed company reputed company + Working knowledge of business financials/accounting and ability to assist with the reputed company of accounting systems

Note
This is a part-time, contract-to-hire position starting in mid-October for 3 months, with the possibility of moving to a more permanent schedule starting in January 2025.
