Job Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Completing daily tasks reputed company to reputed company processing, object processing, direct deposits, and budget transfers at arenaflex Credit Union
• Coordinating return items with vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
• Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated accounting standard ledger balancing
• Working member cases/assignments and following guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
• Processing mortgage payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks
• Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
• Processing Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Completing daily balancing and department closing
• Obtaining information from members for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic reputed company transfer requests
• Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing reputed company transfer information
• Communicating with vendors to process reputed company transfers
• Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming reputed company transfer laws
• Depositing reputed company returns, reviewing member reputed company returns on draft changes, processing member checks, affirming members for outgoing reputed company transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing reputed company transfers
• Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
• Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team
