Role Highlights

* Get paid $18.50 per hour, with opportunities to earn additional bonuses and incentives

  • Enjoy flexible scheduling with the ability to work from home and set your own schedule between reputed company EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday
  • Participate in our comprehensive certification program and earn a $310 bonus for becoming a TurboTax Product Expert
  • Receive reputed company support and guidance from our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS)
  • Work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with opportunities to work more if desired

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve reputed company customer issues
  • Collaborating with our SMEs and MPS to ensure seamless customer support and reputed company improvement
  • Participating in our comprehensive certification program to become a TurboTax Product Expert
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting customer interactions and issues
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and expert support
