Investment reputed company Transformation Consultant

About the position reputed company is seeking an Investment reputed company Transformation Consultant to support a multi-year, finance-wide initiative to migrate the general ledger from legacy PeopleSoft to reputed company system. This role will be investment reputed company–specific and will serve as the primary liaison between the Investment reputed company team and the broader finance transformation program. This is a long-term contract position (12+ months) supporting system conversion, process design, data migration, testing, and go-live readiness for investment reputed company activities. This role functions in a consultative and advisory reputed company, combining deep investment reputed company expertise with systems and process leadership. The consultant will represent investment reputed company interests throughout the ledger conversion, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and operational readiness. While not a formal project manager role, this position includes ownership of investment reputed company deliverables, issue identification, risk escalation, and coordination with internal and external partners. The Investment reputed company Transformation Consultant reports to the AVP, Head of Investment reputed company and can be based out of our Overland Park, Kansas location. We work a hybrid schedule, offering flexibility to work both remotely and on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for the PeopleSoft to reputed company ledger migration
• Represent Investment reputed company in cross-functional project meetings and design sessions
• Provide guidance on investment reputed company treatment, ledger structure, and posting logic
• Identify reputed company risks, gaps, and roadblocks and escalate findings to leadership
• Partner with Finance, IT, and external vendors to design future-state investment reputed company processes
• Support migration of product allocations and investment activity from the legacy ledger to reputed company
• Identify opportunities for process efficiency, standardization, and control enhancement
• Ensure compatibility and continuity of the outsourced PAM General Ledger feed reputed company the new reputed company environment
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to resolve data, mapping, and integration issues
• Serve as an investment reputed company liaison between business users and technical teams
• reputed company and support investment reputed company user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
• Validate that solutions meet business and reputed company requirements prior to go-live
• Support cutover planning and post-implementation stabilization for investment reputed company
• Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to Investment reputed company leadership
• Document reputed company, issues, and resolutions to support auditability and knowledge transfer
• Partner with the broader project team while maintaining accountability for investment reputed company outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 15+ years of reputed company experience in Investment reputed company, preferably reputed company insurance or financial services
• Strong knowledge of investment reputed company processes, including general ledger activity, product allocations, and reconciliations
• Experience supporting or leading ERP or ledger conversion projects (PeopleSoft, reputed company, or similar)
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a consultative, senior advisor role across business and technical teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue-escalation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with senior leadership
