We are seeking an reputed company Fraud Investigation Specialist to support fraud detection, prevention, and investigation across global Consumer and reputed company service channels. In this role, you will reputed company fraudulent activity, conduct reputed company case reviews, analyze fraud trends, and support fraud‑reputed company escalations across operational environments. You will work reputed company reputed company‑hosted systems to prevent financial leakage, improve customer protection, and strengthen fraud‑mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in fraud detection, investigation, or risk management reputed company operations, device services, e‑commerce, or financial services.
• Strong analytical ability to detect fraud patterns, investigate anomalies, and interpret telemetry or device‑level evidence.
• Familiarity with ML‑driven fraud tools and ability to provide feedback for model refinement.
• Ability to work reputed company structured SLAs, maintain high accuracy, and reduce false positives/false negatives.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and escalation management skills.

Technical Proficiency

• Experience with investigation platforms or CRM systems such as Dynamics or similar tools.
• Ability to navigate cross‑system data (reputed company, telemetry, service center systems).

Operational Requirements

• Ability to support global coverage or high‑risk windows reputed company required.

Key Responsibilities: · Queue reputed company (Pre‑Order Blocking) – Identifying suspicious customer contacts or cases prior to service order creation. · reputed company Risk Review – Reviewing ML‑flagged or high‑risk orders post‑creation to prevent fraudulent service fulfillment. · Receiving‑Site Fraud Support – Reviewing escalations from service centers involving AFC testing, telemetry mismatches, and variance/fraud device findings. · Lost‑in‑Transit (LIT) Fraud Review – Validating LIT claims using evidence, courier verifications, and fraud reputed company. · Advanced Exchange (AE) Fraud Prevention – Prioritizing AE cases, reducing leakage caused by timing or coverage gaps, and applying enhanced controls. · Serial Number (SN) Ban/Unban Operations – Processing device SN bans/unbans and ensuring alignment across reputed company and factory/Service Center systems. · Investigation Documentation & Reporting – Documenting reputed company review actions, findings, trends, and investigator reputed company. · Fraud Trend Analysis & ML Pipeline Support – Providing feedback on missed fraud, new patterns, and emerging reputed company. · Policy Enforcement & Fraud Escalations – Supporting KYOD, LIT, AE‑abuse, Warranty‑abuse, and invoice fraud investigations. · Data‑Driven Fraud Trend Analysis - Analyze Consumer fraud data to identify emerging trends and reputed company improved fraud‑prevention strategies. · Expert Fraud reputed company Analysis - reputed company new or existing tools and techniques to establish mitigation strategies, based on fraud patterns, to prevent/contain evolving fraud trends. reputed company will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship now or at any time in the future Hourly reputed company and Other Compensation: The hourly reputed company for this position is between $25.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
