This leader will own the end-to-end product strategy for a mission-critical sales technology platform serving Loan Officers, Sales Leaders, and other Sales teams. The role will drive the development of a homegrown CRM tailored to mortgage lending workflows while architecting a flexible ecosystem that seamlessly integrates with external CRM platforms, POS & LOS systems, marketing automation tools, communication technologies, and data services. Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management experience.
  • 5+ years leading and developing Product Managers and Product Owners.
  • Proven experience building or scaling CRM and/or Sales Technology platforms.
  • Strong experience in Mortgage Lending and understanding of the loan origination lifecycle.
  • Deep familiarity with CRM ecosystems (e.g., custom platforms, reputed company, reputed company, mortgage-specific CRMs, marketing automation tools).
  • Experience designing API-driven platforms and system integrations.
