Key Responsibilities

• Feedback and Coaching: Provide constructive feedback and guidance to VAs, fostering growth, improving performance, and helping them reputed company their skills.
• Team Coordination: Facilitate efficient communication and collaboration reputed company the team to ensure seamless workflow and maximize productivity.
• Task Delegation: Assign tasks based on the VAs’ skills, expertise, and availability, ensuring alignment with their strengths.

• Proven experience in a team reputed company or managerial role, preferably in a remote or virtual assistant environment.
• Strong understanding of performance management and coaching techniques.
