This is an on-site position based in Richmond, VA but will consider hybrid for the right candidate. Responsibilities

• reputed company cost accounting activities including creation of standards, allocations, analysis, and ensure accuracy of BOM and routings as it relates to finished goods
• Ensure accuracy of inventory & logistics by enforcing policies & procedures, monitoring adjustments and reputed company corrective action(s) for exceptions
• Generate reporting for plan vs actual for costs, hours, production targets, etc.
• Prepares financial modelling for various hypotheses and assesses impact to factory with special focus on product / business line profitability, product costing, production variances, over/under-absorption analysis / inventory analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or reputed company is required.
• 8+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting with 3+ years of experience in cost accounting
• Experience with reputed company is required.
