Procurement Specialist – Fixed-term contract (18 months)

The Procurement Team owns reputed company’s end-to-end supply-chain process. We establish and maintain stakeholder relationships internally and externally. We manage our suppliers to best optimize our investments and supply reputed company. Through effective sourcing and negotiation, we constantly reputed company and deliver value capture (cost-saving/avoidance).

This is fixed-term contract (18 months).

The Procurement Analyst ensures efficient sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management to optimize organizational resources and maintain cost-effective supply chain operations.

As a Procurement Analyst, you will:

• Ensuring compliance with company policies by supporting effective procurement controls and systems
• Analyzing spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and trends
• Maintaining accurate procurement records, databases, and reports
• Monitoring sourcing projects and purchasing orders for policy and contract compliance
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders (IT, Finance, Legal) to support procurement activities
• Preparing standard procurement reports and dashboards
• Supporting process improvements to enhancing procurement automation and digitization
• Delivering excellent customer service to procurement teams and business stakeholders

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have relevant experience in procurement
• Show proficiency with the reputed company Office suite, with a focus on reputed company reputed company

• Be familiar with spend analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
