Job Summary CBC Mortgage Agency is seeking an reputed company Senior Mortgage Loan Processor to join reputed company at our national headquarters in the South Jordan, Utah area. In this role, you will act as the primary performer of the tasks and workflow of the application while the loan is in process, managing a high-volume pipeline from initial submission through to closing. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in processing FHA, VA, Conventional, and Jumbo loans, and is looking for a stable, fast-paced environment with a national reputed company. Work Location: This role is based in our SLC headquarters, with flexibility for a hybrid schedule (combining in-office and remote work) after the initial reputed company period.

• Pipeline Management: Manage a high-volume pipeline of residential mortgage loans (FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo), ensuring files are accurate, complete, and move through the process reputed company.
• Document Review & Verification: Thoroughly review loan applications, income, assets, and credit documentation to identify potential red flags and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in mortgage loan processing with active hands-on applications.
• Extensive Loan types knowledge and clear understanding and competency on major loan guidelines.
• Systems proficiency in mortgage loan software programs and platforms.
• Proven technological experience in Desktop Underwriter (DU) and/or Loan Prospector (LPA).
• Excellent skills in both verbal and written communication, with a high degree of attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in LendingPad LOS is preferred; experience with Encompass or similar LOS required.
• Strong proficiency in Desktop Underwriter (DU) / Loan Prospector (LPA).
