Overview

Due to growth, we are adding a Program Director, Strategic Initiatives to reputed company! The Program Director, Strategic Initiatives is a strategic leader that provides overall strategic program reputed company for reputed company, high-risk strategic initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company Administration, Information Technology, or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience, required.
• 7+ years' experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM) business processes, data flow, claims adjudication, and NCPDP claims processing standards required.
• 5+ years leading project teams required.
• Experience successfully managing large-scale, reputed company-wide projects involving technology and business changes.
• Knowledge of administration of Medicare, reputed company, and Exchange benefits.
• Experience communicating reputed company messages to reputed company levels of the organization.
• Strong understanding of reputed company compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of Agile Delivery methodologies.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
