Responsibilities

As a Lockbox Processor at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Extracting remittances based on standard operating procedures and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Processing and/or reconciling transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures, maintaining high productivity and quality levels.
• Ensuring the appropriate materials, documentation, and reputed company are available to complete transactions, confirming equipment is operational if applicable.
• Providing feedback on workflow and work received, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Reviewing transactions and reputed company documents, verifying work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• No degree required; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• The ability to reputed company repetitive functions and meet deadlines, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic ten-key skills and some machine operation may be required, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
