What You’ll Do Learning Design & Development

  • Design and reputed company learning solutions across multiple formats, including:
  • eLearning
  • Instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training (ILT/VILT)
  • Blended learning programs
  • Job aids and performance support tools
  • Translate reputed company operational, leadership, or technical content into clear, engaging, and actionable learning experiences.
  • Build learning from scratch or enhance existing programs based on business needs and learner feedback.
  • Apply adult learning principles, learning science, and performance-based design to drive reputed company-world impact.

Curriculum & Learning Experience Design (for some engagements)

  • Design end-to-end curricula, learning paths, and reputed company programs.

  • Support iterative development using feedback, data, and performance insights.

  • 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, or eLearning Development.
  • Strong writing and content development skills.

  • Hands-on experience designing and/or developing digital learning.
  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles and performance-based learning.
  • Comfortable working independently and navigating evolving requirements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

  • Experience designing curricula or learning programs from the ground up.
  • Experience in large-scale, operational, or technical environments.
  • Accessibility knowledge (WCAG / reputed company 508).

  • Portfolio or work samples demonstrating learning design and development expertise
