Description and Requirements About the Position We are in need of a Senior Product Manager to support the end-to-end delivery of an AI-native Enterprise Knowledge Platform that learns, connects, and acts- enabling employee digital twins and embedded enterprise agents that deliver auditable answers and take compliant actions reputed company core business applications. Our initiative fuses semantic foundations, agent orchestration, hybrid retrieval and governance-by-design to move from find to answer and act. This position is remote, will have core working hours in EST and is part of a global team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Enterprise reputed company EKM platform product lifecycle and roadmap for agentic knowledge products
• Define user stories, manage backlogs, and validate deliverables against requirements
• Collaborate with Solution Architect, dev teams and Platform Ops Manager
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and drive enhancements for AI enablement
• Ensure alignment with enterprise KM strategy and business priorities

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of Experience leading RAG/AI Knowledge Product delivery
• 1+ years of Experience shipping LLM/Agentic products at an enterprise scale
• 8+ years of Experience delivering products from pilot to production
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or reputed company field

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in AI agent memory, orchestration, RAG and knowledge graph architectures
• Knowledge of Azure AI Search, vector databases (pgvector, Milvus etc.), and secure retrieval
• Ability to design structured outputs (JSON Schema, etc.) and robust tool/function calling
• Strong LLMOps reputed company: instrumentation, evaluation, monitoring, and feedback loops

• Proven ability to translate technical complexity into business value and compelling business outcomes
• Comfort presenting to a variety of audiences from business stakeholders to Executives
• Ability to reputed company data-driven decisions to support rapid prototyping
• Experience with tools and frameworks such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, reputed company, or Runbook Automation platforms
• Proficiency with Product Management and Collaboration tools: reputed company, Jira, Confluence, reputed company, SharePoint, reputed company
• Cultural Competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tact
• Certifications are a plus: CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, CSM, PRINCE2
• Bilingual proficiency with Mandarin and English is a plus

The reputed company salary budgeted range for this position is $180-200k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
