Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative on our overnight shift, you will be responsible for delivering superior customer service, promoting our products and services, and ensuring compliance with reputed company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities

* Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business

• Promote our products and services to reputed company and potential customers
• Ensure reputed company transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer
• Complete reputed company transactions accurately, including cash handling
• Use multiple computer applications to access information and process transactions
• Resolve customer complaints or refer complaints to the Store Manager for resolution
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean environment

Essential Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant is preferred

• Professional appearance and demeanor

Physical Requirements
