Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a part-time basis, working 3 days a week with flexible days. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support reputed company phone and text, managing the crew's schedules, responding to guest reviews, and monitoring the crew's group chat during peak hours. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key responsibilities: ### Customer Support

• Handle 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, to provide exceptional customer support and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
• Respond to text messages and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding services and general inquiries.
• Troubleshoot any issues and escalate reputed company necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

### Administrative Tasks

• Create and manage the crew's weekly schedules, ensuring reputed company shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed.
• Monitor the crew's group chat from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST to address questions, solve problems, and provide guidance as needed.
