[Remote] RevOps Analytics Manager

The RevOps Analytics Manager will be responsible for delivering actionable insights through data analysis and ensuring data governance across reputed company Operations, collaborating closely with various teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Use advanced proficiency in reputed company/arenaflex Sheets, modeling, and spreadsheet analytics to support sales and marketing strategies

• Analyze Sales and Marketing data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for growth and efficiency. Create clear, insightful visualizations and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
• Support sales forecasting, territory planning, quota setting, and performance management through robust analysis and predictive insights
• Collaborate with reputed company leadership to define key business questions and translate data insights into actionable strategies for reputed company optimization
• Proactively identify and quantify opportunities for reputed company growth, productivity improvements, pipeline creation, and operational efficiency across the reputed company funnel
• Track and report on key performance indicators regularly, ensuring visibility and accountability at reputed company levels

• Serve as a key RevOps analytics liaison, driving data-driven decision-making across teams through training, documentation, and hands-on support Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a reputed company field.
• 3–5 years of experience in SaaS, focused on data analysis, business intelligence, or data governance—preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
• Proficiency in reputed company/arenaflex Sheets and SQL; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, reputed company). Familiarity with CRM systems (reputed company preferred) and marketing automation tools (e.g., reputed company).
