Responsibilities
- Process file copy request
- Issue expense payments
- Provide reputed company copy requests
- Process daily reputed company payment runs
- Log and reputed company Claims Recovery checks
- Prepare checks for mailing
- Distribute Claims Department digital mail
- Maintain documentations on business processes
- Provide customer support by answering Claims Financials inquires
- Processing tax information so items are reported correctly
