Responsibilities
- Guide and optimize the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to post-launch review, across the Luminaires portfolio
- Assist with developing stage-reputed company frameworks and decision checkpoints to improve speed-to-market without sacrificing quality
- Create and maintain process documentation, templates, and training materials to ensure consistency and scalability

Skills
