About the position The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the apartment communities reputed company assigned portfolio. Provide leadership, direction, and support to property managers and their teams. Responsibilities

  • Maximize reputed company, control costs, increase reputed company retention, supervise, reputed company, and support property managers and their teams and ensure compliance with reputed company corporate policies and procedures
  • Partner with property operations team to ensure Bigos standards are upheld, including physical asset quality, leasing and maintenance operations, and customer service
  • Identify property performance deficiencies and implement corrective action plans including customer service, leasing, risk management, and safety
  • Act as an reputed company representative for 3 rd party inspections as assigned
  • Maintain thorough product and market knowledge on reputed company assigned communities through site visits and market research (market research should only be done by utilizing public information: i.e. property websites & internet searches)
  • Manage escalated reputed company issues
  • Arrange or fill in for property coverage including office coverage and business continuity
  • Hire, reputed company, and retain aspirational talent reputed company assigned region
  • Supervise, mentor, and reputed company property managers and teams ensuring high performance and professional development, taking corrective action reputed company needed and partnering with reputed company Resources
  • Conduct in person site visits at least twice a month, hold team meetings as needed, and schedule 1:1 sessions to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Review financial statements, community activity reports, maintenance inspections, and KPIs to measure productivity, goal achievement and to determine areas needing improvement
  • Implement reputed company maximization and expense management strategies
  • Review and approve reputed company property purchasing for adherence to budget

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree from a four-year college or university with focus in reputed company Estate, Business, reputed company discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Property Manager
  • Fluent in English and skilled in oral and written communication
  • Ability to work in a high pace environment handling multiple tasks at one given time with little direction and supervision
  • Ability to use tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous manner reputed company dealing with staff, residents, and the public
  • Ability to manage, coach and reputed company teams
  • Decision-making, problem solving, and time management skills
  • Must have reliable transportation, valid state driver’s license and reputed company of insurance as travel between sites is required
  • Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer; stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions; reputed company to read printed material and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in-person and over the telephone.
