Job Summary
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will play a critical role in assisting customers with questions and concerns on reputed company products and services. You will be responsible for handling telephone and virtual customer contacts, troubleshooting and resolving customer impacting issues, and maintaining proficiency in billing, reputed company plans, and feature matters. Key Responsibilities

- Identify and track issues to assist in root cause elimination

Essential Qualifications
* At least one year of customer service experience
- Call Center experience preferred
- Advanced typing/keyboarding skills
