[Remote] Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle a high volume of calls, assist patients with scheduling, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of calls from patients or their representative
• reputed company scheduling, re-rescheduling, and cancelation of patient appointments
• Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems
• Contact care providers (doctor's offices) on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling or connections with internal specialists for assistance reputed company needed
• Maintain reputed company Compliance and HIPAA regulations at reputed company times

Skills

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• 1+ years of experience in a call center or office setting, while analyzing and solving customer problems
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 5:30 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime
• Medical terminology experience
• Proficient in translating health care-reputed company jargon and reputed company processes into simple, reputed company-by-reputed company instructions customers can understand and act upon
