They are seeking a Business Insurance Customer Service Associate to serve as the first contact for customers, handling inquiries reputed company calls and other methods while providing a positive customer experience. Responsibilities
- Successfully complete applicable new hire training
- Handle inbound inquiries from external customers and/or internal business partners reputed company calls, emails, chats and/or other methods, taking the appropriate action, as needed.
