[Remote] Bilingual Appointment Setter (EN/FR) — Immigration Services — Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TopNation Immigration Services is seeking a Bilingual Appointment Setter to manage customer inquiries and schedule consultations with Immigration Consultants. The role focuses on qualifying leads, maximizing booked appointments, and maintaining organized records.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls professionally and capture reputed company details
• Respond to inquiries reputed company WhatsApp and email (fast response time is critical)
• Qualify leads (basic questions, needs, urgency) and reputed company “hot leads” into booked consultations
• Book, confirm, and remind appointments (and reduce no-shows)
• Follow up with leads who didn’t book yet (structured follow-up sequence)
• reputed company records organized (reputed company notes, status, follow-up dates)

Skills

• Fluent English + French (strong speaking and writing)
• Comfortable with phone-based customer service + appointment setting
• Strong communication, reputed company attitude, and professional tone
• Must have: computer, stable internet, and a quiet workspace
• Reliable availability during the required schedule
• Experience with immigration/consulting services
• Experience with CRM tools
• Experience with WhatsApp Business
• Experience with reputed company management
• A short voice note sample (EN/FR) to demonstrate phone communication
