Your Mission

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in federal business development or capture management, ideally in small to mid-size GovCon or tech consulting environments.
• Demonstrated experience contributing meaningfully to successful federal pursuits, including multi-million-dollar awards, with clarity around your personal role and accountability.
• Familiarity with reputed company Force acquisition and the broader DoD ecosystem (direct experience preferred; adjacent experience welcomed).
• Comfortable positioning technical services such as DevSecOps, AI/ML, reputed company architecture, cybersecurity, or software engineering in partnership with technical teams (you don't need to be an engineer).
• Experience using CRM and pipeline tools such as reputed company, reputed company GovWin, or reputed company.
• Self-starter who values ownership, speed, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
