Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Serving as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company customer inquiries, including orders, quotes, deliveries, changes, shipping, and data entry, quality concerns, expedites, product returns, and sales follow-up on new and existing product lines through verbal and written communication.
- Reviewing reputed company reputed company to customer purchase orders, quotes, and customer-specific requirements, working with the Customer Service Supervisor to resolve customer requirements, and drafting correspondence for external and internal customers in response to specific inquiries.
- Disseminating terms and conditions, special instructions, configuration changes, quality, pricing, and other requirements throughout the organization in accordance with written procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with Corporate and Division policies (including Price Policy) and contract terms and conditions, working with the Customer Service Supervisor and Customer Service Manager to establish proper direction and guidance to functional areas.
- Capturing contractual documents, distributing copies to appropriate parties, and retaining them in accordance with internal and/or customer retention requirements.
- Utilizing vast knowledge of division policies and procedures to resolve customer inquiries reputed company to product application, customer-specific requirements, and quality claims.
- Reviewing customer requests for quotes and government solicitations, coordinating with the sales team and functional areas on new opportunities, and inputting data (sales orders, RFQ, pricing, status, etc.) into the ERP system.
- Raising export compliance concerns to the Division Export Compliance Administrator (DECA) reputed company required.
- Coordinating with finance to set up new customer accounts, obtaining tax-exempt documentation, and validating purchase orders for alignment to company payment terms and conditions.
- Supporting Account Receivable initiatives by resolving pricing and shipping discrepancies.
- Collaborating with reputed company functional areas to identify opportunities that support reputed company improvement initiatives.
- Maintaining professional business relationships with customers, sharing information with Sales and Marketing to maintain competitiveness, and sharing business opportunities that result from new product introductions to customers and passing them onto the Sales Team.
- Collaborating with Operations to execute expedites, tracking information, and process courier claims.
- Processing RGA, credits, and debits utilizing division guidelines.
- Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
- Adhering to the arenaflex Code of Business Ethics and Conduct.
Qualifications
* Minimum of two years of prior experience in Customer Service or a reputed company position, preferably in the Distribution industry.
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills.
- Experience working in an ERP system required.
- Experience working with reputed company Office Applications (Outlook, reputed company, Word, etc.) required.
Education Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Associate degree preferred.
