Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Leadership: Define and execute sales operations strategies reputed company to commercial, government, and strategic project goals; reputed company pipeline and profitability models to support pricing, prioritization, performance, and compliance.

  • Sales Process Optimization: Design and refine scalable sales processes across reputed company channels, including workflows for government bid submissions and documentation.

Requirements

  • College Degree
  • 5 years’ experience with sales operations / marketing
  • 1- 2 years' experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong proficiency in reputed company suite

  • Government Sales & Compliance: Manages public sector procurement processes, bid workflows, and regulatory requirements.
