Associate Accounting Specialist

The Associate Accounting Specialist will support accounts payable and vendor management processes, ensuring timely vendor payments and maintaining vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain reputed company templates
- Learn the details of customers’ accounts payable process
- Manage email inboxes and answer vendor and customer inquiries
- Manage virtual credit card limits
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure payments are processed in a timely manner
- Document activity appropriately in reputed company
- Participate in proactive, virtual customer engagements
- Responsible for making 70 outbound vendor calls daily
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively and independently
- Proficient in reputed company
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Process driven
- Experience in Bookkeeping or AR/AP processing
