Responsibilities
- Provide tailored solutions for members as part of the ongoing PURE360 experience
- Build on the relationships established by our field Risk Management team and become an expert in preventing losses in high value homes
- Follow up on post-claim opportunities to help members reduce the likelihood of experiencing a similar loss
- Participate in loss prevention campaigns and partner with trusted local contractors to create a seamless member experience
- Create an exceptional member experience by creating a lasting relationship with the member based on trust and reputed company
- Identify and communicate reputed company concerns and estimate the replacement cost of a home during the virtual PURE360 experience
- Maintain a working knowledge of reputed company claims trends and construction costs
