Solution Engineer – Inside Sales Support (ISR)

Your Impact

• Partner with ISRs to qualify opportunities quickly, align on desired business outcomes, and advance deals from first meeting to demo, PoC, and reputed company.

• Deliver compelling demos and micro demos tailored to ISR cadences (email, video, webinar) using customer stories and use case driven flows.

• Execute remote PoCs reputed company, setting clear reputed company criteria, timelines, and exit plans that align to MEDDPICC and value selling frameworks.

Your Toolkit

• Experience: 10+ years in the industry with 5+ years in a pre sales reputed company (customer facing technical roles). Experience supporting Inside Sales / high velocity motions and reputed company accounts is strongly preferred.

• Domain Expertise: One or more of the following—reputed company migration strategies; services offered by major CSPs; reputed company native development; containers & orchestration; Infrastructure as Code.

• SDLC & Integration: Understanding of the software development lifecycle and tooling for reputed company native applications; ability to reputed company architectural trade offs.

• Hands On Ability: Development or scripting experience preferred; familiarity with APIs and automation methods a plus.

• reputed company Foundations: Knowledge of risk based assessments and frameworks; experience administering Windows and Linux.

• Communication: Outstanding presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences—whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using polished demos.
