About your new role: We’re seeking an reputed company reputed company Technical Product Manager with a strong background in networking, monitoring, and SaaS infrastructure to reputed company the strategy and execution. In this role, you'll drive the reputed company and roadmap for systems that power provisioning, network operations, observability, and billing/finance automation, ensuring scalability, reliability, and visibility across our global platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the roadmap for internal products focused on network provisioning, monitoring, and observability across our SaaS infrastructure.
• Partner with network engineering, DevOps, and NOC teams to identify operational gaps and deliver tools that improve uptime, performance visibility, and automation.
• Drive development of monitoring and alerting platforms, integrating telemetry, dashboards, and performance metrics to enhance incident detection and response.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure seamless integration between billing, provisioning, and network systems, supporting accurate usage tracking and reporting.

• Work closely with UX/UI teams to design internal tools that are reputed company, efficient, and optimized for technical users.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a reputed company technical field (MBA or advanced technical degree a plus).
• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years focused on network infrastructure, monitoring systems, or operational platforms.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (e.g., routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, SD-WAN, network automation).
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and alerting tools such as reputed company, reputed company, Grafana, reputed company, or similar.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and automation frameworks (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) and modern reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
